        The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting the employees' invisibility in the light message of Khuzestan province.The type of research is applied in terms of purpose and in the type of method is a descriptive survey. The statistical population of this research includes employees of Payame Noor University of Khuzestan, which is 745 people and 227 people were selected by multi-stage random sampling method. ToolThe data was collected by a questionnaire whose factual validity was confirmed by management professorsIts reliability has been calculated and validated using the Cronbach Alpha coefficient.Friedman test has been used to analyze the information from structural equations using the LISREL software and for ranking the factors influencing employee invisibility. The results show that there are six factors; organizational discrimination and injustice, job insecurity, inappropriateness, decision-making style, reward and appreciation, and the system for monitoring and controlling employees' invisibility. Also, among the six identified factors, the factor of injustice and organizational discrimination has a greater impact than other factors. Manuscript profile

        The present qualitative research set out to design a model for invisible employee control in public organizations. The research sample included managers at various universities and educational institutes in Ilam selected based on snowball sampling. A semi-structured interview was conducted with the participants to collect the research data which were further analyzed based on Grounded Theory. The findings indicated that three sets of causal, contextual and intervening factors can influence invisible employee control. Causal factors include efficient evaluation system, adequate organizational supportive atmosphere, efficient supervision and control system and fair and unbiased employee promotion. Contextual factors comprise appreciating and rewarding effective services, taking personality characteristics into account and managers’ ethical supportive behavior towards employees. Intervening factors were found to be maintaining rule-orientation, reducing hidden powers and existence of clear specific control plans. Control pattern strategies were found to include empowering managers, developing human resources, promoting organizational intimacy, matching jobs with employees’ capabilities and adequate employment system. Finally, invisible employee control was construed as leading to organizational efficiency, customer satisfaction, promoting organizational accountability, and boosting employees’ participation and commitment. On the other hand, the emergence of this complication has led the organizational apathy to have many negative complications in the organization. Therefore, the present research was designed and conducted to investigate the role of invisible employees on organizational apathy with the mediating role of career plateauing. The present research is of correlation type researches that are among the applied researches in terms of goal conducted as the field study. The statistical population of this study includes all employees of sepah bank in Shiraz that according to surveys is 500 people, and based on the Morgan sample size table 217 people were specified as the research sample. The structural equations method was used to analyze the present research data. . The results of the present research showed that career plateauing has a mediating role in the role of invisible employees on organizational apathy. Therefore, it was specified that creating solutions in the path of career plateauing management can enhance the path of reducing organizational apathy. Manuscript profile
