  This study aimed to survey the relationship between management style of managers and organizational commitment of teachers in Boukan city. This research has been done with the descriptive correlation method and statistical population consists of all teachers and managers in high schools of Boukan in educational year of 89-90 that are 40 managers and 670 teachers. 36 managers and 18 teachers were calculated through Kukran formula and the stratified random sampling method was used for selecting of the sample. For collecting of data two types of management style questionnaires Leautanz 0/781 percent and organizational commitment of Alen Meyer 0/810 were achieved through Cronbach's alpha techniques. Data were analyzed through Spss 18 software and by using Prearson correlation test, independent T- test and one way analysis of variance. The results showed that there is significant relationship between management style of managers and teachers     organizational commitment in Boukan City.  There isn’t significant relationship between oriented relation management, emotional commitment, normative commitment and intellectual commitment of high school teachers in Boukan City.There isn't significant relationship between task circuit management, emotional commitment, normative commitment and intellectual commitment of teachers in Boukan City.  Manuscript profile
