Historical conceptualization is one of the foundations of understanding political thought, which has been of interest from the ancient Greek period to Iran, Islam and the modern era. In the past, historical conceptualization mainly had an objective and historical process, but this thought, with the parties of the contract, placed the conceptualization of the natural state instead of the objectivity of events. Some other thinkers tried to reveal the hidden stages and structures behind the changes by presenting a circular line of history and made an ideal period for themselves from within history and put it as an example of the state-future. Many religious ideas as well as the theories of Hegel and Marx tried to present their ideal model of politics and ideal society in this way. This research is organized with the aim of answering the question, how did Khawaja Nizam al-Mulk try to present his political thought about politics and the state from historical experiences and narratives from history? The primary idea of its authors is that Khwaja Nizam al-Mulk, using the historical texts of his era, which mainly go back to Iran before and after Islam, tried to mention historical examples and the statements of prominent personalities in these two periods. provided a basis for his intellectual apparatus. The method used in this article is theme analysis as one of the new branches of content analysis, based on which the main themes of a text are extracted through exploratory study and taken into consideration for hypothesis testing. As one of the most successful ministers in Iran's political and social history, Khawaja Nizamul Molk has always been diligent in writing down his political thoughts and has also authored the book "Siaasat-naameh" based on his political actions. Based on this, in the present research, with a descriptive-analytical method and a library approach, and with an emphasis on the content of the policy book, we are looking for an answer to the question of what was the criterion of the legitimacy of the government in the thought of Khwaja Nizam al-Mulk and the strategies he devised to monitor the government. which are the results of the research show that although the political document is a text in the direction of legitimizing the government ruling the society, Khwaja Nizam al-Mulk's view of the government is significant by emphasizing the essential role of the king, whose legitimacy is based on God's choice. in the system designed by Khwaja Nizam al-Mulk; Both the designer and the executor and even the evaluation of the reviewers of the decisions taken by the system go back to one position and person, that is, the sovereign king, and some kind of structural and functional separation has not been done by Khwaja, although Khwaja tried by embedding the institution of the ministry in such a system between the spheres of Create a separation design and implementation. But due to many reasons, such as powerful royal-customary-religious traditions, elite competitions, historical setbacks in the political, cultural and security fields, etc., this work remained unfinished. Iranshahi policy is rooted in the thought and structure of the Aancient Iranian governments. The idea of Iranshahi as the theoretical basis of the governments of Ancient Iran, despite the change and transformation affected by political, social, cultural and religious relations, continued until the modern era and at least until the period of new monarchies influenced by the western monarchical thoughts. With this basis, the purpose of this article is to examine the continuity of the Iranshahi policy in the Khwaja Nizam al-Molk Tosi thought during the Islamic era of the Seljuq dynasty. The method of this research is the speech act of Quinten Skinner and is based on the double understanding of the text and the formation platform of this text, although the data is collected in the form of a library. The findings of the research show that the Khwaja Nizam al-Molk book is not only influenced by the thought of Iranshahi, but this Ancient government model of Iran has been given a new formulation due to the combination with Islamic tradition, so that the king is God's chosen one and is placed at the top of the pyramid of power, and even the changes in the world are considered to be a function of the changes in the royal nature. The result of the research is that the politics of Iranshahi with the reading of Khwaja Nizam al-Molk, by preserving the structure and traditional elements of Iranshahi, seeks to gain, maintain and expand power and realize order and justice. Management, in its modern sense, refers to the behavior that one, holding a managerial position, displays in order to conduct the organization under his control. This behavior is inevitably based on some theoretical principles. That is to say, the theoretical foundation of a manager's value systems and beliefs contributes to efficiently organizing his conduct. The basis of such underlying convictions might be either a function-based or an action-based philosophy. Thus, any management needs to be executed via a particular strategy which, in turn, might be informed or even dictated by the metaphysical views of the manager. This study presents a case-study of the impact of Khajeh Nezam-Al-Molk-eTousi's ideational and philosophical views on his managerial conduct. There are two reasons for the selection of this person.Firstly, Khajeh Nezam-Al-Molk is one of the most successful authoritative figures in the history of Iran highly praised andreputable for his innovative conduct. Secondly, evident in his managerial career and conduct is a particular type of strategy which can be regarded as the natural consequence of his profound understanding of the principles of Islamic political philosophy.
