        Utilizing  the  fuzzy  logic  has  already  been  put  into  practice  in the  operational  process  of the  machines . Since  the  function  of  these  machines  depends  on  their  failure  condition , utilizing  the  fuzzy  logic  in reliability  engineering  of  machines  ant  their  operations  is  also  unexpected . Since  now , the  investigations  have  been  done  according  to  the  fitnees  of  different  reliability  functions  on  the  basis  of  binary  logic , and  the  machines  were  considered  either  completely  active  or  completely  out  of  order . But  the  mal  functional  conditions  between  these  two  conditions  have  not  been  significant , although  these  conditions  especially  in  mechanical  machines  are  inevitable . This  paper  with  a  simple  attitude  towards  thd  fuzzy  logic , uses  it  in  estimating  the  related  reliability  functions  and  has  also  introduced  concepts  of  accuracy , the  belief  of  probability  and  the truth  of  the  reliability  greater  in  these  conditions .         Road construction machinery has considerable importance in construction projects. Among the issues related to machinery, maintenance and repair are very important because maintenance and repairs (machines) are directly related to their costs as well as the overall cost of the project. The repair method after the failure is replaced by other maintenance and repair methods that are currently used in many organizations. Reliable Maintenance and Maintenance (RCM) is a process that determines the maintenance and repair needs of equipment and machinery in working conditions so that each of this equipment performs its core tasks in the best possible manner. Instead of concentrating on cost reduction, this method focuses on increasing reliability, which means that costs have been reduced by improving reliability. Reducing maintenance costs is a good and timely maintenance. In this study, a case study of this method has been carried out during a one-year period at Jahad Nasr Sirjan Company and compared with a sample of Sarcheshme Copper Company, which would be acceptable.         Choosing the right suppliers is the basis of a successful supply chain and a key factor for improving competitiveness. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to investigate the quality and failure rate of the parts that provided by the suppliers. In doing so,  the evaluation approach based on the failure rate was used and the reliability of the suppliers was determined and their ranking was done. As a result, the research method used is applied in nature and its method is contextual-case. Moreover, for the purpose of a case study, the suppliers of seven separate supply chains of an electrical appliance manufacturing company in Shiraz were examined that each of the chains included eight suppliers. Besides, in order to evaluate and establish the supplier's reliability model based on the failure rate, a parallel system was used. Finally, by calculating the reliability, the failure rate of the supplier's manufactured product was obtained. The results showed that this failure rate is a suitable criterion for comparing the output quality or the products of suppliers. Thus, it is possible to rate the suppliers based on this obtained model. Manuscript profile
