The impact and effect are the phenomena among the poets since many years ago and have been reflected in their works. Omar Khayyam Neyshabouri – fifth and sixth century's poet and philosopher – can be definitely known as the most effective poets on east and west scholars whose works are the mirror of his philosophical ideas. Abd al-Wahhab al-Bayati – Iraqi contemporary poet – who was familiar with Iranian literature and specially Omar Khayyam has borrowed many speech acts. Thus the present research – which is qualitative – is done in descriptive – analytical method in order to familiarize the fields of effects of Bayati from Khayyam based on the French school in comparative literature. The present study investigated the effect of group logo therapy training on frustration and aggression of male high school students. The study employed a semi experimental method and a pretest- posttest with control group design. The population included all male high school students in Boroojerd city (2013-2014). Research instruments were Beck Hopelessness Scale (1988) and Ahvaz Aggression Questionnaire (Zahedi far, Najjarian and Shokrkon, (1379) S.c. 30 participants who had high scores on frustration in Beck Hopelessness Scale and on aggression in Ahvaz Aggressive Questionairein were Selected randomly and again randomly assigned into one experimental group (15 students) and one control group (15 students). The experimental group received the training and after two weeks both Beck Hopelessness Scale and Ahvaz Aggression Questionnaire were administered to experimental and control groups at the post test stage. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA). The results indicated that there are signification differences between the experimental and control groups in frustration and aggression scales (P < 0.001) The results indicate that the use of group Logo therapy training can be effective in reducing frustration and aggression in male high school students. The new theory of metaphor interprets metaphor from a different angle in the light of cognitive semantics. This theory, proposed by Johnson and Lakoff, is more or less in line with some of Aristotle's statements about metaphor. In the present study, using the descriptive-analytical method, the conceptual metaphors of emotions (love, hope, despair, and anger) in the poems of Ahmad Shamlou have been investigated. The results show that one of the most important target areas in Shamul's poetry are "feelings and emotions", of which love, hope, despair, and anger are the most frequent. In order to express each of these emotions, from the primary areas such as building, light, heat, space, plants, living beings (birds and animals), water, music, food, business, treatment, power, all kinds of tastes (bitter and Shirin, etc.), keys, magic, alchemy, tools, secrets, objects (mirror, chains, etc.) have been used. Among these emotions, "love" has the most cases. Although Shamlou has used familiar things in many fields of origin, his mappings (phrases and poems) are such that he has created new correspondences in the field of conceptual metaphor. The domains that Shamlu used to materialize love are water and its metaphors (sea, river, spring, thirst, dew, river), light and its metaphors (fire, morning, sun, moon, star, dawn, flame, light), animals (horse, bird, butterfly, bee), plant and its metaphors (grass, tree, forest, branch), secret, key, music, nutrition , power, tool, peak, mirror, building, madness, travel, business and therapy. The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between academic self-concept and hopelessness with test anxiety. The statisticed population consisted of all primary students in sixth grade. A total of 231 students were selected using random cluster sampling method. Spiel Berger’s test anxiety inventory hopelessness scale for children Kazdyn et al. (1983) and academic self-concept questionnaire Yasin Y. Chen (2004) were administered. Correlation coefficient and regression analysis were used to analyses the data. The results correlation coefficient test showed significant negative relationship between academic self-concept and test anxiety. There was positive significant relationship between hopelessness and test anxiety. Additionally, the results of concurrent regression revealed that self-concept significantly predicts students' test anxiety among other predictor variables. The Implications of this study with respect to importance of some personality traits on academic achievement are discussed. Hopelessness, or negative expectations about the future is an emotional state, in which the subset of the main emotion is sadness. It causes depression and helplessness and kills one’s motivation. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the validity and reliability of the children and adolescents' hopelessness scale in Iran’s society. To this end, 244 students from 8 to 15 years of age in Tehran city were tested by children and adolescence’s hopelessness scale and children's hope scale. Exploratory factor analysis indicted that children’s hopelessness scale has a three factor scale. There was a negative correlation and significant difference between the lack of understanding the way to achieve the objectives, lack of feeling subjectivity, the total score of children and adolescence’s hopelessness scale with the received hope scale. This reflected the divergent validity of the children’s hope scale. Findings indicated internal consistency and eligible reliability of this scale in Iranian students. Many studies support the results of the current research and confirm the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. In this research, a promising evidence about the psychometric properties of children and adolescence’s hopelessness scale was received in Iranian society. Manuscript profile
