  This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of faculty members' information literacy on universities academic agility. Research method is descriptive, correlational. Statistical population was faculty members of management and educational management departments of Islamic Azad university branches of Mazandaran province (173 people). The statistical sample was selected as simple random sampling and sample size was determined 118 according to the Cochran formula. Two questionnaires were used to collect data. Information literacy questionnaire based on the design of the Association of College and Research Libraries and the Dimensions of information technology and library skills and the questionnaire of Institutional organizational agility which developed by Khavari. The data analysis method was a correlational study design based on Structural relations model. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and Smart PLS software. The research findings showed that the level of organizational agility of university branches and faculty members' information literacy are higher than average. Also faculty members' information literacy has positive and significant effect on university organizational agility. Manuscript profile
