        Political participation and the presence of the people in elections are one of the most important legitimizing factors for different political systems. Numerous factors can affect the participation of the electorate and affect its performance. One of these factors is social justice. Therefore, the research was conducted with the aim of influencing social justice on electoral participation. The research method was survey and the information was collected using the questionnaire. The statistical population included people over 15 years of age in the cities of Mazandaran province. The sampling method for multi-stage clusters and sample size is 384 according to Cochran's formula.The results show that the average electoral turnout is too moderate and equal to 2.34. There is a positive and direct relationship between social justice and electoral turnout with a correlation of 0.522. As social justice increases, so does electoral participation. We can also see a positive relationship between the components of social justice and electoral participation. Among the dimensions of social justice, the distributive justice dimension has the most correlation with electoral participation. The result is that in order to increase the electoral participation among the citizens of Mazandaran, special attention should be paid to social justice and its dimensions, and most importantly, distributive justice, and conditions should be provided for increasing distributive justice in society.         The people in the presidential election a manifestation of democracy and their participation volume represents a person believed to influence the vote on the fate of the country. Not in the true position of political parties find themselves can hardly have a geographical analysis of presidential elections based on party people offered comments. The aim of this paper analyzes the role of base individuals and groups affiliated with them in the first period to the ninth president in Lorestan province and electoral behavior described is the people of this province. Methods used in the analytical - descriptive study relying on survey data and to demonstrate the behavior patterns of people in the election of the GIS has been used. The results based on statistical analysis shows that although the turnout rate in the province than other provinces of the country has high rank, but the political willingness of people to the political party in a different city in the province of the same trend in different periods does not show. The research method‏:‏‎ in this research is descriptive-analytical. The main purpose of ‎this paper is to answer the reason for this issue and explain it. Research findings: Social capital has a key role to play in the participation of the people ‎in the elections and will increase the participation of citizens in any way that adds to the ‎social capital of the community. Findings of the research show that there is a significant ‎relationship between social trust and electoral participation. On the other hand, there is a ‎meaningful relationship between social networking networks and also between the ‎degree of cohesion and social solidarity and their participation in elections. With the ‎difference that, as far as the recognition of the elections in the smaller area is concerned, ‎there is more trust and relations, and to any extent this area, there is less trust and ‎participation, so that participation in city councils is more than parliamentary and ‎presidential elections.
