The village of Dastjeh, from Fasa district with a huge amount of local words, especially in the field of verbs and their applications in the language of the people's conversation can be a good source for the speakers of the language, and it is essential to record it; The verbs sometimes come to the conversation in simple, sometimes compound words with particular meanings, and they are the product of the specific culture and thought of people who have used the mind to convey their thoughts to the audience over time and are now destroying and if the accumulation of verbs does not take place, it would be forgotten in the long run. Accordingly, the purpose of this research is to record the common verbs of their daily talks and oral language of this place's people.         Analyzing and investigating the structure and concept of local dialects in Shibkoh area of Fasa cityAbstractDialects are the treasure of the culture, identity and language of every nation and land; so keeping them alive and researching in this filed helps in keeping that language and culture alive, and knowing the form of their emergence shows that the speakers use them with full knowledge.This research has investigated the native dialects of Shibkoh region, Fasa; the selected dialects are nouns or verbs examined in terms of structure and content, and have been adapted to the concept of today's language. It was found that most of these dialects have ancient and pre-Islamic roots; rooted in ancient languages such as Sanskrit, Pahlavi, and Avestan, and the speakers used these dialects with knowledge and understanding in their rawness. The selected dialects were tried to be words and combinations that are not widely or at all less used in other local and native areas.         In this study, it is tried to analyze Behbahani as a local Dialect to specify to which category, the dialect or the accent, belongs. Using related literature and findings, verb conjugation has been reviewed for different tenses in Behbahani to conduct the study. The results of the study revealed that, in spite of the similarities between standard Persian and Behbahani dialects in their sentence structure levels and patterns, Behbahani is unique and completely different from standard Persian in the verb conjugation level.         The process of converting a variety of a language into a standard language is called "standardization" in Sociolinguistics. One of the ways to raise the status and prestige of a language is to create a standard variety in it; So that its existence is considered as one of the criteria for distinguishing a language from a dialect. In this article, we intend to examine the process of reaching a standard in the Mazandarani language; What is the necessity to reach the standard language in Mazandarani language and what are the steps and ways to reach it based on the Norwegian linguist Einar Haugen's point of view. At first, we discussed what is standardization and what are the characteristics of standard language; Then, the necessity of standardizing the Mazandarani language has been raised, which include: the use of the local language on radio and television, the printing of books and newspapers in the Mazandarani language, the use of the Mazandarani language in cyberspace and social media, and the teaching of the Mazandarani language at schools and universities; In the end, the status of Mazandarani language in terms of standardization has been explained in four stages: selection of standard variety, codification, elaboration of it's function and finally it's acceptance by the society.
