        Objective: The purpose of this research was to investigate the effective factors in the employment of physical education graduates from the point of view of experts and graduates of Golestan province. Methods: The statistical population includes elites and professionals involved in sports in the public and private sectors and physical education graduates. To collect information, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to determine its validity and reliability in the target population. Both descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data, so that to describe the qualitative traits of percentage and frequency, and the quantitative traits of the indices of tendency to center and dispersion, and inferential statistics (T-test) for analysis, Data analysis and interpretation were used. Results: The results showed that among the 37 factors affecting the employment of graduates in the province, the factors of per capita increase in sports facilities, general interest and family orientation towards sports, the presence of a young population and rich talents in the province, the emphasis of the third, fourth and fifth development programs on development Sports, increasing women's interest in sports, establishing clubs for various sports fields, building new sports halls and spaces in the province, the desire of talented students to study in the field of physical education, expanding graduate education courses, holding coaching and refereeing courses while studying. Most media's support for sports has had the greatest impact on the employment of graduates, and of course the politicization of sports has had a negative impact on their employment. Conclusions: Therefore, it is suggested that according to the policy of the country's development programs that it is not possible to attract this number of graduates in government and education institutions, entrepreneurship education is very necessary to create a new job market and sports services for this group of students.
