        Organizational learning and learning organization concepts in recent management text s, are used synonymously and sometimes supplementary. Deep and continuous transformations in the primary years of the third millennium have impressed the organizations so much that they have to evolve and become adapt to learning in order be able to respond to the various pressures they face. They must learn to understand, guide, influence and manage the transformations. In this article the paradigm change models and their impact on organizations are explained and the importance of organizational learning, especially for our countrys managers, analysed. The difference between learning organizations and organizational learning is discussed at the continuance. Organizational learning concentrates on collection and analysis of the processes involved in individual and collective learning inside organizations, whereas the learning organizations literature has an action oriention and is geared toward using specific diagnostic and methodological tools which identify, promote and evaluate the quality of learning processes inside organizations.
