Nowadays, residential complexes are designed in such a way that the amount of social exchanges in them has decreased. One of the factors that has diminished the role of social interactions in residential complexes is the issue of environmental security. Therefore, in this research, the role of social interactions in creating environmental security in residential complexes has been investigated. The research method in this study is based on the survey-correlation method. The statistical population in this research was sampled from among the residential complexes of Tehran. Ekbatan residential complex was considered as the smaller part of the statistical population and finally, by analyzing the obtained information, the hypothesis related to the project was tested. According to the obtained information, it was found that there is a significant relationship between social interactions and environmental security in the residential complex. Manuscript profile

Today Transportation is known as a one of the most important elements of urban development structur. Public Transportation, according to its more extensive functional capacity, can play a role in a wider scale. Transit Oriented Development with a focus on subway is one of the special approaches in this field. Recently, Tehran Public Transport Fleet has been significantly improved especially in the field of subway and BRT. Although Tehran has the potential, not only it could not benefited from the advantages of this development, but also has imposed many social and traffic problems of around of stationary complex. These are because of lack of implementation principle of TOD and the proper functioning of them. Shahrak-E Ekbatan complex is a Newly established which located on Tehran subway line 4. Since construction of the station in the standard form requires certain predetermined principles, Shahrak-E Ekbatan Complex Station with its special location in Public Transportation System is expected that it plays role in implementation these principles to achieve an efficient station complex. TOD is a novelty and different approach of traditional theory, with considering four main principles which is consisted of (1) Intensive development, (2) mixed land uses, (3) pedestrian-oriented, (4) Transportation facilities. TOD tries to solve the problems which are occurred due to inattention to the four foregoing principles. In this study, the functional principles of Transit Oriented Development in the Shahrak-E Ekbatan Complex Station are assessed with use of library and archives of the context the Field oriented descriptive and AHP. Consequently achievement to TOD goals and effective utilization of the complex station are restricted. As a main result the Shahrak-E Ekbatan Complex Station with the implementation rate of three forth of the functional principles is in desirable condition. Manuscript profile

Today the biophilic approach is used in the design of Buildings with different uses. Therefore, the biophilic approach is an attempt to eliminate the gap between modern architecture and the need for humans to communicate with their surrounding world. In other ways, biophilics have been able to enhance and repair the beneficial human experience of their surroundings based on an innovative method that enhances and repairs the beneficial human experience of their surroundings.By geometric models such as fibonacci pi ratio to the value of spatial relationships in the forms based on a model connected together in an integrated general form, through which concepts such as component to total, complementary conflicts, balance and dynamic stress, fractals and ratios as well as the spaces of transition to a place basedon a schema such as "biophilia". it was tried to obtain defined information from books and articles inorder to analyze and describe the criteria and authors derived from the biophilic schema, and by describing the tables and drawing documents, it was achieved to extract new criteria in the form of identifying the sharing chapter of the spatial relationship pattern in phase one of Ekbatan town with schemas derived from the biophilia approach, which was achieved through this important and answered question such as “How can we respond to the relationship between the width of the passageway and the entrance attached to the corresponding block in phase one of Ekbatan town using the biofilic strategy by understanding the location of spatial relationships?" It isable to understand the spatial location such as the input and the passageways attached to it based on a ratio such as Fibonacci from the perspective of fractal geometric pattern and in order to recognize common coexistence in terms of spatial relationship composition, a systematic model in defining these relationships can be achieved.
