        Today, space technology is recognized as one of the competitive fields among countries and the various achievements of space technology are an accurate basis for comparing countries in terms of industrial development. In the near future, nanosatellites will become the main trend in the development of regional terrestrial monitoring and positioning. The turnover of a satellite is millions of dollars, so a significant part of each country's investment is in the aerospace sector, and in the event of failure, a large cost will be imposed on the manufacturer. For this reason, before launching a satellite, considerations are made so that the satellites can perform the assigned operations without the slightest error. Until now, the use of microelectronic circuits has been common in space applications due to their advantages, including availability and reconfigurability, but these components are vulnerable to the radiation environment. On the other hand, due to the rapid changes in electronics to nanotechnology and the advantages of nanoelectronic circuits, in the not too distant future, nanoelectronics components will be a viable alternative in space applications. As the size of the components decreases, the orbits become more sensitive and the quantum circuits become more vulnerable to radiation from space. In this paper, we present the method of increasing the fault tolerance and their simulation in the binary wire of nanosatellites in quantum cellular automation technology. Manuscript profile

        Realtime Localization System is one of the several technologies in order to track the objects and target location. In this paper, a novel positioning system is represented, which is based on Ultra-Wideband technology. The proposed system is used to utilized the TDOA algorithm. In this method, the distance between the source and the target node is estimated by measuring the time of sending and receiving the message. Furthermore, we use a Zigbee protocol to implement a communication link between different nodes in this system. The software libraries are implemented independently. The result shows that our positioning system provides an accuracy of 20cm in terms of ranging. In addition, the data rate of the Zigbee link is 72byte per second. This amount of error can be greatly reduced by interpolating and calibrating custom environments. This accuracy is an acceptable and negligible error due to the error of 10 to 100 meters in expensive modules with GPS technology. Manuscript profile

        This study was carried out by identifying and prioritizing the effective barriers in creating electronic relief in Imam Khomeini Relief Committee of Fars province. This research is an applied research in terms of purpose, and based on the nature and descriptive method of non-experimental type. The study population consists of 20 experts and experts of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee. The main questionnaire used is an expert questionnaire that is used to prioritize elements based on pairwise comparison. This study is based on operations research techniques. Research literature has been used to identify the most important study criteria. Multi-criteria decision making models and AHP model have been used to prioritize the criteria of the present study. Based on the obtained special vector, the criterion of non-support of managers with a normal weight of 0.299 has the highest priority. The criterion of inadequate internet with a normal weight of 0.230 is in the second priority. The criterion of opacity of the work routine with a normal weight of 0.199 is in the third priority. The criterion of resistance of employees with a normal weight of 0.172 is in the fourth priority. The criterion of hardware problems with a normal weight of 0.101 is in the fifth priority.         The aim of this paper is to analyze the technology dimensions and identify the problems of technology transfer in diesel manufacturing industries in order to achieve possible solutions. The survey method is applied descriptive. Field and library studies have been used for data collection. The data have been analyzed through the use of SPSS software and by applying T-test and Kruskal-Wallis test. The results show that the hypotheses about hardware, info ware and human ware have been confirmed, but the variable of organ ware hasn't been confirmed. Moreover, a meaningful relationship hasn't been approved between experience, education and age variables with the replier's viewpoint.  Manuscript profile

Russia's relations with Ukraine as a neighbor country in the region have embraced a painful separation and reflects the complex process of mutual identification in both countries. Hence, the Ukrainian crisis has always been responded to by Russian hardware power, the latest of which was the crisis in the Kerch Strait and the Sea of Azov, which has faced Russia's strict response to the Poroshenko’s sabotages. The present article seeks to answer the question of how Russia has managed the Ukrainian crisis and what techniques and tools have been used? The answer to this question is that the logic of the Russian approach to managing international crises suggests that, because of the importance of Ukraine for this country, Russia has managed the crisis in Ukraine in the form of crisis management models based on asymmetric, single line and single-multi-polar balance of powers, using hardware and software levers.
