Every year, many people are killed and wounded due to traffic accidents on the roads of Iran and lot of families suffer from physical, mental and financial problems. Today, the problem of traffic accidents has become an important issue in Iran but all provinces are not same condition in this issue. Transport authorities and experts tend to know position of each state based on different criteria. They should know that which province has the good condition and which one are in the worst position because for more exact planning, this issue has some influences on their decisions. In this paper, provinces based on various criteria, equipment related to intelligent transportation systems, are ranked. This method indicates that the numbers of dead and injured are not appropriate criteria for ranking of states and different criteria must be considered. This priority is performed by using of Analytical Hierarchy process (AHP). Based on the obtained results, the most important indicators for assessing Iranian provinces to improve road safety are a number of relief bases, type of damage, intelligent transportation equipment and road traffic rate. Extracting the results was done using Expert Choice software. Manuscript profile

In recent decades, the selection of suitable suppliers as one of the important issues in the field of supply chain management is considered. The evaluation and selection of the best suppliers need to make decisions based on different criteria. In this study, a hybrid MCDM approach consists of AHP and VIKOR methods has been proposed that at first paid to identify the most important criteria in the supplier selection based on previous studies and interviews with company executives. Then by using questionnaires, the paired comparisons of criteria and paired comparisons matrix of groups according to the views of managers and based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is performed. Next, using a multi-criteria optimization technique (VIKOR), firm's suppliers are ranked. Furthermore, a case study in the automotive industry is applied to accumulate data for proposed framework. Finally, by identifying effective criteria, appropriate suppliers, and similarity of obtained results with other studies, the efficiency of the proposed model is proved. Manuscript profile

The main objective of this paper is to assess the extent of implementation of the proposals for the Saveh region (prepared in 1996), based on the documents in the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development in relation to the design of Saveh, the design of the central province and the results of the census and information of Iran's Statistics Organization. Thus, in this research, using the evaluation approach and using a multivariate assessment and AHP hierarchical analysis tool and a dipole distance, we have evaluated the extent of realization of the proposed components of the Saveh Regional Design. Based on the research model, three socio-demographic, economic, and spatial components were identified as the main criteria for assessing the feasibility of the selection plan and evaluation indicators based on these three components. The evaluation of the implementation rate suggests that among the components mentioned above, the spatial, economic, and socio-demographic areas have a greater effect on the implementation of the proposals of the Saveh Regional Plan; in relation to socio-demographic components based on the recommendations of the Saveh Regional Design The "urban population" indicator, in relation to economic indicators, "service providers", and in relation to physical-spatial indicators, such as "urban centres", "rural centres", "quadruple paths", "higher education", "Health home","Hospital","Agricultural zone "and" Industrial Zone "have the best status. In general, it can be said that, despite the fact that a few years have passed from the horizon of the Saveh landscape, the proposals of the project have been achieved to the desired extent.   Manuscript profile
