        Abstract The purpose of this study was to construct and finding factors of team working leadership questionnaire in high school female students. Materials and Methods: One hundred fifty female students from first to third grade, in Shahid Motahari School in district 12 of Tehran in 1394 were selected randomly. Team working Leadership questionnaire based on balanced roles, , definite goals, inter group relationship, intra group relationships, leadership, cooperation, trust and support, commitment and responsibility, consulting, integration, develop of personal capability, collaborative decision making, and regular review of matters was made. Participants completed the questionnaire of team working leadership. Results: Exploratory factor analysis with principal components analysis identified four factors: the climate (8 items), leadership in team (with5 items), support (with 6 items) and shared decision making in team (with 5 items). The contribution of each factor identified in the total variance was 674/12, 502/11, 379/11 and 148/10, respectively. The components of internal consistency with Cronbach's alpha coefficient equal to 741/0, 735/0, 693/0 and 662/0, respectively, which represents an acceptable internal consistency of extracted factors. . Conclusion This questionnaire was made for measuring of team working leadership in students. Based on this questionnaire could be identify strength and weakness of using team working leadership.  Manuscript profile

        In most organizations in all over the world, managers are looking for upgrading and improving the performance of their organizations. Management Research Focus on the importance of knowledge management and organizational learning in order to improve the performance. This study aims to investigate the impact of knowledge management on financial performance, directly or indirectly, mediated by organizational learning in education office of central province. Research method is cross-sectional and of correlational type. The population of this Research  includes  250employees in education office of Central Province. The sample size was determined by sample size formula  as 82. The standard questionnaire was used to collect data whose content and construct validity and its reliability were measured  through Cronbach's alpha. The data were analyzed using LISREL software.         The purpose of this research was to present a model for developing faculty members’collaboration in research activities of Islamic Azad University in Tehran Province. The research  method was surveying and the statistical population of this study all part-time and full-time faculty members of Islamic Azad University branches in Tehran province, who were 5922 people. 415 were selected as the sample through Cocron’s formula. To collect the data, a researcher-made questionnaire that contained 41 questions (one open-ended question) was used. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by five expert`s in the field, and its reliability was measured as .97 through Cronbach’s alpha. Data analysis procedure, auch as descriptive, variance, mean, and KMO were applied through SPSS software. The results showed that developing collaboration of faculty members in research activities has six main components include administrative and organizational, social and cultural (.599), financial and economic (.618), personal and professional (.605), facilities and type of research activity (.617), and solving research barriers (.651).  Manuscript profile
