Based on Jakobson and Michael Ephratt about communication roles between speaker and listener, a meaningful message would transfer through a physical channel. They believe that this communicative pattern is proved in all verbal interactions. When a mystic intends to show a world in which words lose their application, sometimes narrates stories which encourage silence. According to Jakobson's communication pattern we may enjoy silence in communication process and find the joy of peace in six communicational roles. The results of the present research show the application of some silence communicational roles in Molana's words are more frequent. Manuscript profile

Infectious diseases caused by microorganisms are still major causes of death all over the world and the increasing number of their resistant strains results in great concerns. Using RNA interference, many therapeutic potential have for the treatment or prevention of diseases. This RNA have vital roles in transcriptional regulation and post-transcriptional gene. The current, against many antibiotic in bacteria has been accessed resistance and even for some of them there is no antibiotic. And alternative methods to treat them severely felt. Since the discovery of gene silencing using RNA interference (RNAi), there has been a revolution in its medical applications. Local transfer of siRNA for treat diseases is rapidly expanding and it is hoped that in the future could find use in clinical trials. Local injection reduces the toxic effects and increase the availability of Drugs to tumor cells. In this review, the current clinical status of siRNA therapeutics,The advantages and challenges of using it are investigated Manuscript profile

In this paper, the optical properties of Na2S in various fcc, orthorhombic and hexagonal structural phases have been investigated. Calculations have been performed by using wien2k package which is based on density functional theory and FP-LAPW method. The LDA band structure calculation indicate that Na2S is a direct band gap semiconductor in each three studied phases. The optical band gaps obtained from imaginary part of dielectric function are in good agreement with structural band gaps. According to our results the maximum peak of the imaginary part of dielectric function, occurred at the energy range which coincide to the maximum peak of obsorbation and extinctions curves on that range. Similar behavior is observed for real part of dielectric function in comparison to refraction and reflections diagrams. Manuscript profile

In this paper, the optical properties of HgTe compounds such as dielectric function ε (ω), Refractive coefficients, and extinction index using different approximations in three Zincblend, hexagonal and orthorhombic phases have been studied. The calculations have been performed by pseudopotential method in the framework density functional theory with GGA and LDA approximation by Quantum-Espresso package. The results obtained from the imaginary part of the dielectric function show the correspondence between the optical gap and the band gap. Also, the results of the optical parameters for the two Zincblend and hexagonal phases of the HgTe compound show that this composition has a refractive index of 3.413 in the Zincblend phase and 3.192 and 3.339 in the hexagonal phase,in direction x and z respectively. The reason for the higher refractive index in the Zincblend, than the hexagonal phase can be attributed to the quasi-metallic properties of this compound. Manuscript profile

The increasing growth of natural disasters and cyber-physical attacks has made developing resilience enhancement strategies for distribution networks become a significant challenge for researchers. Hence, in this paper, a black-start strategy based on multi-microgrids capability is presented in two layers of preventive and corrective measures within a hierarchical centralized energy management framework. The preventive measures layer is based on the regulation of black-start bilateral contracts between the active distribution network operator and the multi-microgrids owner, as well as the regulation of demand response contracts between the multi-microgrids owner and the microgrid response loads. The corrective measures layer includes islanding of microgrids during events, calling of responsive loads, and finally economic-resilient operational planning of the active distribution network in order black-start the distribution system. The developed model is formulated in the framework of hierarchical centralized energy management using an LP-metric-based multi-objective optimization approach, then it is solved by the DICOPT solver in the GAMS package. The effectiveness of the proposed black-start strategy is investigated by evaluating the supplied load as a resilience index on the modified IEEE 33-bus distribution network. The recovery of all the curtailed load of the distribution system after utilizing the proposed strategy indicates the efficiency of the proposed strategy indicates the effectiveness of the proposed black-start strategy. Spiritual journey has got its own constituents, formalities, and conditions. One of the constituents is known to be silence and quietude. In the Koran and relations, silence has always been addressed as an exalted icon and value. In mystical prose and poetry, too, silence is a pre-condition of solitude and one of the means of achieving mystical perfection, having some advantages and consequences. Some mystics assume tariqa principles as silence itself. Since silence is of various types, there are different comments and beliefs concerning Sufis' silence so that some prefer to be silent and some would rather talk. As far as possible, this paper tries to first analyze the concept of silence and quietude in the Koran and relations and key mystical literature, and then deal with Masnavi Ma'navi in which mystical silence and quietude are reflected and has got special manifestation. Cognitive Relay network is a plan to remove some problem such as the limited Coverage and limited spectrum. This strategy permit secondary users to use a frequency band( spectrum), which is dedicated to the primary users. The secondary networks employ a relay node to extend the communication range. Also the relay using to improve the outage probability of the network. For coexisting between primary and secondary network, it is necessary that the secondary network control the transmit power in their networks. Primary and secondary users have interference effect on each other. In this paper we consider both interference. In addition to the provision on the transmit power of the secondary users We consider the effect of the interference cause by primary user on secondary network. The aim is to show the effects of interference caused by primary users on the correct information and the outage probability in the cognitive relay network. Manuscript profile

The mystics, implicitly or explicitly- through suing symbols and allegories- have referred to inexplicability of mystical experience. They believe that the importance and perfection of "meaning" is such that "form" cannot express it. According to them, meaning and form are contradictory; and this contradiction is rooted in their view concerning “secret”. The mystics believe that there is a "secret" about "meaning" which human language is unable to express, and at the same time, they want to hide it. The temptation of expressing, on one hand, and inability of language in expressing the 'meaning', on the other, leads to a deep contradiction that is a part of the heritage of mysticism. The relationship of form and meaning has been widely proposed by Jalāl al-Din Rūmi, and his meditations have led to delicate and exact lingual results. His emphasis on inexplicability of mystical experience, leads him to the kingdom of "silence ." Manuscript profile

Silence and speaking to the point are among the themes which have long been considered throughout the vast instructive mystical literature.  The importance and the standpoint of silence in the domain of Persian literature from the past till present have been to such an extent that it has determined the life and the death of individuals, and have entailed their welfare or damnation.  Poet and the prominent literary figure of Hindi style (Isfahani), Sa’eb Tabrizi relying upon the ideas and mystical thoughts of Moulana regarding silence and its three kinds such as (silent tongue and speaking mind, silent tongue and mind, silent mind and speaking tongue) and upon making use of poetic imageries such as allegorical simile and allusion in his divan, appropriately called “Khamoushi Nameh” could well fulfill his mission as a poet and master towards his own people and future generations.  This article deals with silence along with presenting evidence from other poets. The endpoint of Gnosticism is the unity with the ultimate existence and comprehension of presence.  To taste such spiritual presence, scholars have enumerated certain abstinences including silence. Not only in stages of suluk (the way) in which silence has a more pedagogical role in store, but also in vesal (attainment) the wayfarer obliges himself to immerse into a silence which is the outcome of sufi contemplation in mystical experiences.  This obligation often finds meaning in connection with the eternal beloved as the silence emanating from the bewilderment in the presence of the divine glory and beauty and sometimes is expressed in connection with the people as in hiding the secrets.  Attar Nayshabouri has clearly described the stages of the suluk upon contemplation of the essentials of suluk and in his compositions has repeatedly dealt with the origin and the role of silence in the spiritual journey. Regarding the keen interest of Moulana in Attar’s pioneering works in spiritual matters and also the connection and the manifestation of the unique spiritual thoughts in the compositions of these two visionary mystics, the analysis of the “principle of silence” from Attar’s perspective seems essential.  The present article seeks to study and analyze the reasons for silence, and enquire the role of silence from attar’s point of view in order to give an overview of this concept in the sufi tradition.
