  Social participation is a key element in urban development, and social trust and sustainability are among the most important factors that provide a platform for social participation. This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the effect of social trust and stability on the willingness of the citizens of Kashan to participate in society. The statistical population of this research is the citizens of Kashan city, the method of this research was carried out with a survey method and the data collection tool in this research was 3 standard questionnaires and the sample size was estimated to be 187 people using SPSS SAMPLE POWER sampling software. The sampling method in this research is available sampling. The data analysis tool of this research is SPSS statistical software and AMOS modeling software. According to the findings of this research, 22% of the factor of willingness to social participation is related to the variable of social trust. Therefore, social trust has an effect on the desire for social participation, and it is possible to predict the desire for social participation based on social trust in the statistical population. 15% of the variance of the dependent variable (inclination to social participation) is explained by the independent variable (sustainability). In simpler words, 15% of the factor of willingness to social participation is related to the sustainability variable. Therefore, sustainability affects the desire for social participation and it is possible to predict the desire for social participation based on sustainability in the statistical population..
