  Deferred bank receivables have always been a major concern for banks’ credit sectors. As the proceeds from the bank granting facilities are one of the main sources of the bank, this has become one of the major concerns of various banks and the banking system of the country. With regard to the importance of the issue, in this study four scenarios are combined of the customer credit category and the bank’s financial condition and in each category, the efficiency of decision making tools is discussed. Finally, phase hierarchical analysis technique was used to determine the rank and importance of each tool. According to experts, for each of the scenarios presented, a solution has been proposed to prevent bank customers from defaulting on debt. Manuscript profile
