        The aim of this study was to explain users' perceptions of cultural security in cyberspace. For this purpose, 38 managers, specialists and professors of communication, media, cyberspace and culture were selected using theoretical purposive sampling and studied by qualitative content analysis. The data collection tool in this study was an in-depth semi-structured interview. Findings include 21 themes: the impact of cultural security on multifaceted cultural infrastructures; Interaction of economic security with cultural security, Cultural diversity in cyberspace, introduction of sustainable landscape, Global dimensions of cultural security, Purposeful reflection of the concept of cultural security, Strengthening and enriching cultural heritage in cyberspace, Preservation and promotion of Islamic culture, revival of customs and traditions, Introducing local and indigenous literature, strengthening artistic motivations, Explain cultural values and norms, Acquisition of new knowledge, Perceptions and behaviors of users and the harms and threats of cyberspace were in the field of cultural security.         The introduction and the purpose of the research: Regarding the fact that Islamic Republic has been the innovator and creator of a new cultural identity for Iranians, this identity has always been exposed to different threats and invasions by the domineering systems. In order to maintain the cultural security of Islamic Republic of Iran in this era, along with different institutions, the role of the passive defence can be important and effective.The purpose of this research is the presentation of the pattern of cultural security through passive defence in a way that it can provide the necessary conditions for the protection of the cultural security from the enemies' invasions.The research method: In this research, the qualitative research method is data-based and the data has been collected through interviews with the cultural experts. The interviews were codified and after making 680 concept-codes, the concepts were categorized and the important and effective components of cultural security were presented.Findings: In this research, through the identification of six dimensions of the systematic paradigm of the cultural security including the causative factors, the background conditions, the interfering factors, the category-based method and approaches and conclusions, the practical pattern of the maintenance of cultural security through the passive defence approach is achieved.Conclusion: In order to maintain the cultural security, the provision of the proper passive backgrounds and the strengthening of the cultural bases with the approach of passive defence can be really effective.          The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between cultural identity and cultural participation with Increasing social security and cultural security in citizens of Isfahan, 7th district. The research method was descriptive and correlational in terms of purpose and method of data collection. The statistical population of the study was 165205 citizens of all over the age of 18 years in district 7 of Isfahan municipality. 384 persons were selected through cluster sampling method through Cochran sampling formula. The research instrument was a questionnaire for the standard cultural participation of UNESCO (2006) and the Rosk Cultural Identity Standard Questionnaire (2009) and Maghsoudi Nia et al. Standard social security questionnaires (1395) and the standard questionnaires on cultural security of Afzali et al. (1395). The validity The questionnaires were evaluated based on the content, form and content validity, and after validation of the necessary terms, validity was confirmed. On the other hand, the reliability of the questionnaires by Cronbach's alpha method was 0.933 for cultural participation, 0.951 and social security, 0.855 and cultural security were estimated at 0.823. Data analysis was done at descriptive and inferential levels including Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the research showed that there is a significant positive correlation between cultural identity and cultural participation with social security and cultural security (p <0.05). The results also showed that the dimensions of cultural identity (cultural heritage, media, customs, language, religion, norms, beliefs) and dimensions of cultural participation (audio and visual, books and publications, cultural heritage, language, ritual and performing arts, Sport activities, traditions, visual arts and library activities) had a meaningful positive relationship with social security and cultural security (p <0.05).         The purpose of this study is to design a model of cultural security in sustainable development. The research method is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method and mixed (quantitative-qualitative) in terms of data type. The statistical population in the qualitative section (interview section) includes 15 experts and specialists familiar with cultural security issues in the Ministry of Science who were selected by purposive sampling. The statistical society in a quantitative part includes experts and managers of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in 2019-2020 who are well acquainted with the subject of research. A total of 226 people were selected as the sample size using the sample size calculation in structural equations and random sampling method. The research tools in the qualitative section include interviews and data foundation theorizing methods, and to ensure its validity, the opinions of professors and university administrators who were experts in this field were used. In the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. In this study, 3 questionnaires were used. The first questionnaire is used to identify and determine the dimensions and components of cultural security and sustainable development, the second questionnaire is used to assess the current and desirable status of cultural security in sustainable development. The third questionnaire is used to check and determine the validity of the model. Expert judgment and a comprehensive review of the literature have been used to assess the external validity of the questionnaire through experimental implementation, content validity and construct validity. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was also used to calculate the reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis was performed in the qualitative part of the research through coding, and in the quantitative part in both descriptive and inferential areas, exploratory factor analysis test was used to identify the components in the first questionnaire, and paired t-test was used to assess the current and desired status. Single sample t-test was used to determine the degree of pattern fit through SPSS and LISREL software. The findings showed that economic, social, environmental, political and national-religious factors were identified as factors of cultural security in sustainable development. Manuscript profile
