  Islamic Religious Law has paid focal attention to Zakat and how it is used. In the verse 60 of To bah surah of the Holy Quran All ah states "Zakat is for the poor and needy, those who work to collect them, those whose hearts are brought together, the ransoming of slaves, debtors, in God's way, and the traveler; so God ordains, God is All-knowing, All-wise." Islam considers the soundness of social life is guaranteed by helping the poor and the needy; and hence the first social welfare institution in the history is established.   Sab-ul-Nabi is one of the topics of Islamic penal jurisprudence, which is very important and many verses and traditions refer to it. Since in Islamic penal jurisprudence, a special punishment is provided for this title. Therefore, it can be used as an argument for the opponents of this ruling. So, what is the plan of this topic, Sab-ul-Nabi? And who is Subal-Nabi? And what is its condition is of special importance. All Islamic schools of thought and all jurists of Fariqin have considered Sab-ul-Nabi as one of the crimes punishable by death. With this difference, there is no independent chapter under the title Sab-ul-Nabi in the jurisprudence books of Ahl al-Sunnah, so they examine this issue under the topic of apostasy. Therefore, in this article, the reaction of Iran's jurisprudential-legal system will be studied with analytical, descriptive and library methods.   The implication way of lexicon on meaning is the most important lexical – verbal issues which is vital because of paying attention to jurisprudence. The relationship between Arabic language and jurisprudence is the result of religious contexts’ nature. The mentioned relation has been changed to another form followed by Arabic language division to other sciences such as syntax and created new relationship between syntax and jurisprudence. One of the common issues is the implication of sentence on opposite concept; opposite concept is the subjective implication of the sentence. A sentence which has been formed by syntactic devices or specific combination which sometimes implicit the opposite meaning with the verbal meaning that means opposite implication. Concept of opposite referent, limitation, condition, exception, goal or specific combination such as description. Jurisprudence scholars offer a type of deprive in division of term implication which title it opposition; it is of a vital importance in speaking about opposite values against linguistic systems.
