  The present research studies conceptual metaphor of time in "Poet & Prose Just for You" Divan by Kuwaiti poet Souad Sabah emphasizing Lakoff and Johnson theory – who were initiators of this theory and the method is descriptive – analytical based on semantics; it also surveys imaginable schemes which contain conceptual structures and form according to various experiences. One of the most important results of this research is that the poet makes numerous parts of her poetry tangible by applying conceptive metaphor in the mentioned Divan in order to give us a better and clearer understanding of conceptive metaphor.
