        Islamic Religious Law has paid focal attention to Zakat and how it is used. In the verse 60 of To bah surah of the Holy Quran All ah states "Zakat is for the poor and needy, those who work to collect them, those whose hearts are brought together, the ransoming of slaves, debtors, in God's way, and the traveler; so God ordains, God is All-knowing, All-wise." Islam considers the soundness of social life is guaranteed by helping the poor and the needy; and hence the first social welfare institution in the history is established.
