        Professional principles against moral principles claims in connection with persuasion practice, has a long historical background since conflicts between Sophists and Aristotle. Both of professional and ethical principles are observer over the true and false (right and wrong), but have different origin of value judgment. Professional principles shaped by contracts and external resources like business principles, while ethical principles to comply with human inner refer. If persuasion process defined in which persuader with the resort to reason and feeling in the form of rhetoric skills, affect persuadee mentality often to change behavior and force him to practice certain impressed; then follow up these claims(Professional principles against moral principles) to determine priorities and orientation persuasion agents, including mass media, is inevitable. There are many different experiences and techniques for assessing quality of moral principles. The traditional models like duty based ethics model, the veil of ignorance and moral relativity model; and also TARES. This assessment models explain the professional qualities and moral principles for agents and institutions responsible for public communications. Quality of Truthfulness of the message, Authenticity of the persuader, Respect for the persuadee, Equity of the persuasive appeal, and Social Responsibility for the common good; are assessment by TARES and guiding agents and institutions to stop, change or continuing public communications common policies. The problem raised in this paper, the less known the nature of such models in the media and communications in Iran. Due to the nature of the importance of such techniques, a detailed understanding of its functions, following its review of theory and knowledge, and experience, to better understand this model for use in specific circumstances underlying public communications needed in Iran.         The main goal of this research is to investigate the effect of auditor's moral principles and religiosity on the quality of independent auditors' audit services. The final sample used for this study includes 250 questionnaires collected from auditors working in auditing organizations and other auditing institutions. In order to collect information, the Armega Zarfar (2015) questionnaire was used, and descriptive statistics and the reflective model of structural equations based on variance were used to process the data. The findings of the research show that the variable of ethical principles and religiosity of auditors has a significant effect on the quality of independent auditors' audit services and leads to an increase in audit quality. Strengthening religious attitudes can be a protective factor against abuses and frauds, improving the health of financial reporting and the confidence of creditors, shareholders and other users of financial statements. Considering the importance of ethics, it is suggested to the community of certified accountants to consider ethics education in their training programs and to monitor the observance of professional ethics in order to improve the level of professional ethics of auditors. In addition to literary features, it covers numerous ethical and managerial doctrines. Nasrollah Monshi, the author, has made some points for the principles of managerial ethics which can be so effective if it be studied and implemented. In the list, ten principles are of great importance: doing justice, entanglement of administration and religion, knowledge of things, comprehensive foresight, innovation and creativity, speed in conduct and foresight, avoidance of oppression, council with others, taking care of the people, encouragement and punishment. The sample consisted of 108 employees of the shahid rajaei pardis who were randomly selected based on Morgan table.The results show that the correlation coefficient between independent and dependent variables 0/565 shows that there is a best correlation between dependent and independent variables. But the adjusted coefficient of determination equal to 0/349 and statistics reveal that 35% of the total amount of social responsibility shahid rajaei pardis staff related to the Fars 4 independent variable social commitments, personal ethics, organizational commitment and work ethic is.
