  Water is one pf the animators in the world. Encouraging thinking about life style in interaction with the environment is the most complete advice from Quran's view point for humanity and is the best way to overcome the exising crisis especially in the field of water. Quran has various mentions on water in which delicace points could be found out. The aim of the present paper is to compile quranic solutions in order to change human behavior in his life style in interaction with the environment.   Today, the economic behavior of children and adolescents is one of the most important issues in the field of education. All activities of individuals, including children and adults, are somehow related to economic knowledge and economic behavior. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of teachers in improving students' economic behaviors with an action research approach. The research method is mixed. In the qualitative part, action research and in the quantitative part, the survey method has been used. The statistical population is female elementary school students in the second grade of Mashhad city, which was selected by statistical judgment sampling method. The statistical sample of 36 students in Nasr non-governmental primary school in Mashhad was selected. Operational actions in this research have been performing various and attractive practical activities such as games, storytelling, poetry, practical assignments and scientific visits. In the data analysis method, the dependent sample t-test (pre-test and post-test) was used. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the study group before and after the action research. Also, the pleasure of earning money and being involved in seemingly small economic transactions has a great impact on improving their economic behavior. Also, informing children about economic issues has a scientific approach to economic activities in social life and in the macro debate can improve individual efficiency and productivity in society. But this role is fulfilled very well that we can bring creative people from potentiality to actuality that this requires providing appropriate conditions. In this regard the behavior of three miserliness, moderates and wastefulness noted that their impact on creativity is uncertain. Objective: This study examines the effect of three behavior, miserliness, moderates and wastefulness the creativity is applied. Method: Using exploratory and qualitative methods, the position of indeterminate effect on creativity triple behaviors based on authentic sources were covered. triple behaviors and creativity, discipline and organization, and finally, the impact of behaviors on creativity trilogy was depicted in a single model. Results: The results of the study showed that three in a continuum of behaviors that stinginess and extravagance have put together the moderate middle point of their impact on creativity. In such a way that the behavior of avarice or waste away and be closer to moderation, it is creative. miserliness in the closed system through negligence in the behavior (not taking sufficient resources where necessary or less than the threshold, reducing communication, reducing diversity and lack of creative tension) reduces the role of creativity and wastefulness in open loop through the extremes in behavior (places unnecessary resource consumption or greater than the threshold of adequacy, increasing communication runaway, runaway diversity and lack of creative tension), reduced creativity. In contrast, the moderation in the negative closed loop system, through a moderation in behavior (consumption of resources where necessary and sufficiency level, targeted communication, diversity purposeful and creative tension), increases creativity. Conclusion: Based on the three models showed the impact of behavior on the management of creativity.   Long before the victory of the constitutional revolution, in the aftermath of sending the first  groups of Iranian students to Europe and as a result of their acquaintance with foundations and basic concepts of modern thought, Iranian intellectual movement came into being. One of the devices to propagate modern ideas into Iran by these intellectuals was to publish newspapers. "Ghanoon", a newspaper published by Mirza Malkam Khan in London represented an important section of the intellectuals, and Iranian thinkers inside Iran were greatly influenced by ideas published in it. Mirza Malkom Khan, through the pages of "Ghanoon", propagated reform and development in the country's socio-economic and political structures based on a kind of limited and monitored liberalism. After the victory of the constitutional revolution an influential radical newspaper called "Sur-i Esrafil" was published by Mirza Jahangir Khan Sur-i Esrafil and Mirza Ali Akbar Khan Dehkhoda which represented the radical intellectuals. " Sur-i Esrafil", on one hand, believed in liberal political rights, and on the other hand, propagated a socialist program of economic justice. These radical intellectuals were mainly people of the middle class origin who believed in democratic radicalism. But, at the same time the constitutional revolution made it possible for a zealous ultra-radical group to enter the political spectrum, who did not have any relations with the modern intellectual movement and believed in the traditional Islamic egalitarianism. "Ruh ol' Qodos" published by Sheikh Ahmad Torbati, otherwise called Soltan ol'Olama Khorasani propagated the ideas of this group of egalitarian constitutionalists who wanted to gain justice from constitutionalism.   Profusion is one of the ethical vices in Islam and intellect and customary laws have confirmed its prohibition and indecency. Amid these, water as a vital element is one of the materials which are at the human’s disposal. Profusion means extravagance and trespassing the limit and waste means destruction as well. Knowing the concept of profusion and also waste will help noticeably to understand the obligatory and statuary prohibition which holds liability. The conceptual verses of the Quran contain the prohibition of profusion. Traditions are also divided into two categories encompassing phrases against the profusion of water. Some of them with the concept and some others with logic and clarity have considered the profusion of water as an unlawful action. The jurisprudential rules in use are the jurisprudence such as "La Zarar va La Haraj" rule: in Islam [being harmed and harming others], no waste or causing waste can prove liability for the profligate person. However, the fault with the above mentioned reasons is that waste and causing waste are on the other’s assets whereas it does not include the private assets. There is not an independent writing on the exiting documents related to prohibition or liability of profusion of it but there are more general decrees which are seen in practical writings. The results of this short writing are to prove the obligatory prohibition and liability of water profligate person. That is to say that the citizen cannot have excessive use of water under this pretext that they pay the cost of the consuming water and referring to the presented documents, the state can introduce the individual as a liable person.   Not exceed limits in taking life is a phrase derived from verse 33 of the Surah al-Asrain the Holy Qur'an; In this verse, after expressing the unlawfulness for the murder of man and the right of victim's avengers of blood to the murderer, excessive killing is prohibited to commit, the appearance of the verse and the phrase before it, is about not exceeding in retribution of a person, but considering the generalization of murder. It can also include  cases where a person deserves to be deprived of life like execution, so that if a person is convicted to be deprived of life he should not be subjected to any other physical and psychological suffering, including the implementation of the deprivation of life penalty by using a rope, which would prolong it and necessarily double the suffering.  Therefore, we have to use different means, such as anesthetics with conditions and firearms that speed up the deprivation of life penalty. The same is true  when a criminal has committed several crimes and deserves several punishments, including deprivation of life, the interference of the punishments in deprivation of life causes exceeding limits in taking life. On the other hand, given that the punishment for retribution is a sin against mankind and is due to men, the delay in its implementation until the request of the avengers of blood is giving the convicted person an opportunity to live, then he must be kept in jail until the implementation, which cannot be exceeding limits in taking life because incurring jail is lower than killing.
