  Vendalism is one of the problems of urban societies, especially on the margins, which has been created in the midst of the city's rapid growth and the inevitable urbanization of societies. Urban sabotage is one of the social deviations or disturbances in which people try to express their own needs, emotions and feelings in an unrealistic way, with the inaccessibility of the appropriate method. In fact, vandalism is a kind of behavioral deviation that does not meet the expectations of the community and generally occurs when a person or group does not meet the standards of society. Accordingly, the research hypothesis is as follows: By examining the performance of the governments of the Islamic Republic of Iran, we find that in the Islamic Republic the trust of the citizens, increasing political participation, as well as increasing the trust of the various branches of the society, have weakened and socialized socialism, and, by mutual trust, the erosion of political participation And the lack of social cohesion has provided the necessary grounds for the destruction of public property. The method of analyzing information is a descriptive-analytic method that, while presenting and evaluating existing literature on social capital and social vandalism, reducing the relationship between government and nation and feeling of discrimination, analyzes the relationship between these concepts and the logical connection between social capital, Reducing the relationship between the nation's state and the sense of discrimination as an independent variable and vandalism as a dependent variable will be analyzed testing hypothesis proposed.
