        Cultural heritage, as the authenticity and identity of people in the society, is a large part of public culture that has suffered from sectionalism and consumerism. Many symbols and examples of cultural heritage have been neglected or forgotten, and this process of forgetting and indifference - knowingly or unknowingly - continues at a very alarming rate. This research, using the library method and document analysis, has identified the types and examples of cultural heritage and investigated its place in the sixth development plan. The findings show that in the 6th development plan, emphasis is placed on determining the duties of tourism businesses as well as the income of museums and historical monuments, revitalizing villages with historical context, determining the duties of executive bodies in relation to tourism and cultural heritage, and handing over part of the executive affairs to the private sector. has been However, attention has often been paid to religious cultural heritage, as well as material and profitable, and considering the extent of tangible cultural heritage in Iran, the emphasis of this program on it is limited and insufficient. In addition, the performance of this program towards intangible cultural heritage has been selective, along with indifference, exclusivity, marginalization or rejection. To avoid this challenge; Identifying, maintaining and restoring cultural heritage; public and formal education; Expanding cultural diversity, multilateralism and cultural justice; creating a breathing space for indigenous, local and ethnic culture; And the human centrality in development is one of the points that should be emphasized in development plans in order to provide the quantitative and qualitative progress of sustainable, human and human development.
