Introduction: Having sufficient and expert Staffing in in health systems, is a key factors in improving the quality of services to citizens. Also, the shortage of human resource in this field may impose costs on the health system and society. Thus, this research aims at determining the Staffing Need in Pathology of Semnan University of Medical Sciences through WISN. Methods: Research method based on purpose was applied and data collection was descriptive- survey and WISN. The population includes all laboratorial processes in Semnan’ Patholog in which from 85 processes, 72 were selected as samples. Using WISN, the amount of work and standard time were selected as variables. Then, the new situation was compared with the real one and the differences were analyzed and reported. The research data were gathered through prepared time study form and direct observation. Results: According to the results, currently 14 experts and one secretary are working in Semnan’ Patholog. Comparing this real amount with the calculated one reveals that the average is 18.89 in the best situation is 18.05, in the worst situation is 19.76. Conclusion: The staff in the Pathology of Semnan University of MedicalSciences where study was conducted are constantly under pressure to match the existing workload due to shortage of manpower. Appropriate human resources management and planning can contribute greatly to the improvement of efficiency of their work by ensuring optimum workload. Investigating the effect of mental workload on managers' control performance while covariating the personality characteristics was the aim of the current experimental research. The statistical sample included 21 randomly selected of staff managers in Isfahan Province Gas Company. In addition to presenting the NEO Personality questionnaire (Casta & McCrea, 1992), the participants'control performance in response to managerial tasks (researcher made) in different situations of mental workload with different manipulated timing were measured. The results of repeated measures ANOVA revealed significant effect of mental workload on control performance. While covariating the characteristics of extroversion, openness and agreeableness from the process had a profound change and resulted in non-significant effects (P=0.480, P=0.731, and P=0.623, respectively). Based on the results, it is possible to predict performance of managers on the basis of their mental workload and their personality characteristics more precisely. Manuscript profile

The thesis is intended for investigating the relationship between audit fatigue and audit quality in the pharmaceutical company. The pharmaceutical industry, being as one of the highly regulated industry face stringent requirements by the regulatory body where the company must comply with minimum requirements for the methods, facilities, and controls used in manufacturing, processing, and packing of a drug product. The regulations will provide assurance mechanism that a product is safe for use, and that it has the ingredients and strength it claims to have. However, limited literature is observed in studying the audit fatigue especially with regards to its contribution factor. Several studies and literatures are reviewed, and it was found that most of the literatures are indicating framework of the integration, benefits and type of integration that can be conceptualized and implemented. This research aims to explore the relationship between audit frequency, internal audit management, system workload/ employees’ experiences and audit fatigue. In addition, impact of the audit fatigue on audit quality/ audit outcome shall be investigated and subsequently a conceptual framework will be proposed as per identified hypotheses. Five out of seven hypotheses were supported in the study. The structural model result shows that there are significant and direct effects in the relationship between audit fatigue, audit frequency, workload, and audit quality. The framework developed in this study was able to contribute to the limited body of knowledge in audit fatigue. Manuscript profile
