Background and Objective: Knowledge and information on the environment play a major role in the activities of the community. These information’s pave the way for the development of human societies and reduce environmental problems. Today, environmental threats have been taken into consideration by human beings and focused on public opinion. The reason for these threats is that it has created major problems in terms of environmental sustainability and, on the other hand, much attention has been paid to the issue of sustainability and environmental health in agricultural production due to its harmful effects. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate and prioritize factors affecting wheat production with an emphasis on environmental sustainability. Method: the statistical population includes 50 experts and experts in agriculture Jihad in Sistan region, using fuzzy hierarchical analysis and demetal analysis techniques. Findings: The results of the fuzzy AHP indicate that the educational-promotional dimension is the highest (0.45) and then management (0.31), technical (0.12) and economic (0.10) respectively. Also, the results are shown using the DEMATEL method The first educational extension followed by the administrative, technical and economic dimensions of 34.44%, 32.17%, and 33.31% on wheat production in Sistan region. Discussion and Conclusion: Therefore, it is recommended that educational programs be promoted by the farmers of Sistan Agricultural Jihad for wheat farmers, taking into account the farmers' needs and the rural conditions of the region.   Manuscript profile

In today's business due to the complexity and involvement of multiple factors, one of the major challenges faced by manufacturers is the process of selecting the optimal materials to produce the product. Since the choice of materials has a very important effect on the stability of the final product, so applying an effective and efficient approach by identifying and applying effective indicators comprehensively can lead to increased producer and customer satisfaction. In this regard, in this study, a comprehensive approach was presented that uses powerful tools such as fuzzy Delphi, fuzzy hierarchical analysis and fuzzy waspas, and by surveying experts and using a questionnaire, selects the optimal materials from alternative options. Also, to evaluate the capability of the proposed approach, a real study was conducted to select the polymer materials of the car dashboard. Based on the results, the combination of polypropylene and talc was selected as the best option based on stable indices and related sub-indices. Then, sensitivity analysis based on different values of λ was performed to ensure the obtained results and the results of fuzzy waspas method were compared with the results of fuzzy TOPSIS method and the correlation of the results was confirmed. The pathway is the epitome of the civil life of the city and the place of occurrence of events and social activities of citizens in urban life. Proper design and expansion not only make the social life richer, but also, taking into account the complexities and problems of urban transportation in contemporary cities, is a step towards solving traffic problems and moving cities to human-centered transportation leads to. Accordingly, this paper evaluates the disadvantages of Taleghani street in Ahvaz city. This research tries to answer the question using descriptive-analytical and survey method which one of the indicators of physical disability (physical, functional and functional) in order to increase the quality of Taleghani street pedestrian has a higher priority. In this regard, based on FAHP Model (Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy) and using pedestrian comments, each of the indicators and indicators that have been effective in improving the quality of Taleghani pedestrians has been evaluated. The results show that the physical index with the score of 0.570 has the highest share in implementation and the next rank is the perceptual index with the score of 289.0 and finally the functional index with the lowest score of 141. Using the results of our analysis and analysis, we conclude that physical indices are of higher importance than other indicators. Manuscript profile

One of the essential issues existing in the industry section and long term investments is the procedure of evaluation and selection of industrial projects. Since selection of the optimum and appropriate project, is followed by economic efficiency and conversely the failure of a project causes time and cost wastage and will be followed by huge adverse consequences. Hence, decision making in this field is complicated and various tangible, intangible, qualitative and quantitative factors are involved in it and for this reason identification, study and analysis of them is necessary. In order to evaluate the projects in this article, initially technical and financial studies are considered and analyzed and its results are posed. Technical studies include estimation of investment constant costs, estimation of the plan income, costs before usage, capital turnover and production charges and financial studies include estimation of net current value indices, internal output rate, profitability index, capital return period, break – even analysis and other factors which contribute to economic evaluation of the project. The case study in this research is construction of a tile factory which five plans which in fact involve the research options are considered with indices and various technical and economic factors which through Fuzzy Hierarchical Analysis Technique which is Fuzzy Multivariate Decision Making Methods, have been compared so that the best option is selected and the projects are ranked. The ‌considered indices involve four financial indices including net current value, capital return period, investment output, sales output and the ratio of numerical break – even. The research result indicates that the projects ranking results is very close to the ranking on the basis of internal output rate. Manuscript profile
