        The aim of this study is evaluation of effects of monitoring system and performance of staff productivity. This study is descriptive- survey and correlational. The sample size was determined by the Cochrane table. Statistical population of the study consisted of employees and managers Bank Sepah is in Fars province. Questionnaires were distributed to 249 of employees by random sampling method. We can infer from the research findings of the first hypothesis that the average of staff productivity has been more than average in the financial criterion and we can say that:” Monitoring system and evaluation of performance of staff productivity has a significant effect with taking advantage of the financial criterion strategies. The second hypothesis suggests that the average of staff performance is more than average in the internal process criterion and we can say:” Monitoring system and evaluation of performance of staff productivity has a significant effect with taking advantage of the internal process criterion strategies”. The third hypothesis suggests that the average of staff performance has been more than the average in the growth and learning criterion and we can say:” Monitoring system and evaluation of performance of staff productivity has a significant effect with taking advantage of the growth and learning criterion strategies”. The fourth hypothesis suggests that the average of staff performance has been more than average in the customers’ criterion and can be said:” Monitoring system and evaluation of performance of staff productivity has a significant effect with taking advantage of the customers’ criterion strategies”.   Manuscript profile

        Considering the merger of Sepeh Bank and the importance of training and development for employees to achieve organizational goals, this research was conducted with the aim of qualitative modeling of training and development in Sepeh Bank of Iran with an emphasis on changing the organizational structure. The research method is a case study and a qualitative research type, and the collection tool is a semi-structured interview. The statistical population of the current research is the governors of the provinces, the management of the district affairs, the management of human capital affairs, the managers of Sepeh Bank, and the faculty members of the public administration department of the Islamic Azad University of Gilan province, numbering 543 people. Research participants, 22 people, including 15 managers at different levels of Sepeh Bank and 7 university professors, were selected with the purposeful sampling method. Finally, when the data collection reached saturation, the interview and data collection process was stopped. The data collection method was semi-structured interviews. The content analysis method was used to analyze the data, and open, central, and selective coding of the interviews was done with the Max Kyuda 2020 software. The research findings indicated that for the qualitative modeling of the training and development strategy in Sepeh Bank of Iran, emphasizing changing the organizational structure, special attention should be paid to the training needs, training effectiveness, and career advancement path.         The main goal of this research is to design a framework for talent management with a succession approach among Sepeh Bank's marketing managers. According to this issue, the method of this research is applied, survey and descriptive. The statistical population of this research is all employees of Sepeh Bank. The sampling method is random. According to the size of the research community, the number of samples was determined using Morgan's table to be 256 people. In this research, a questionnaire was used. The validity of this questionnaire has been calculated as construct validity and reliability with Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Structural equation modeling method was used in structural model review. In this section, the fit indices have shown the appropriate fit of the research conceptual model. Finally, the dimensions and components of talent management with the succession approach among employees of Sepeh Bank have been investigated and approved. The main goal of this research is to design a framework for talent management with a succession approach among Sepeh Bank's marketing managers. According to this issue, the method of this research is applied, survey and descriptive. The statistical population of this research is all employees of Sepeh Bank. The sampling method is random. According to the size of the research community, the number of samples was determined using Morgan's table to be 256 people. In this research, a questionnaire was used.
