This essay raises the question that what was the common denominator in the design of positivist attitudes and present science during the Islamic revolution? It assumes: Both approaches have presented the political and social theory leading to their desired governance model in response to the basic needs of the nascent revolutionary system, while explaining the epistemological foundations. The findings of this research show that the first approach, while modeling western modern knowledge with the link of democracy and religion, introduces its governance model as a religious democratic government, but the second approach, in the light of serious criticism towards the West and modernity, with an emphasis on thinking and science Hozuri chooses the Islamic government. This issue is raised because in the last four decades, we are justified by a kind of movement-type participation rather than political competition within the framework of a common meaning system and the objective type of political parties. Because when parties play a role in elections and contests, the political atmosphere does not take on a dynamic state and does not create a wave. The results of the research show that the lack of civil and independent institutions from the government, the lack of suitable platforms for the formation of stable parties, the lack of compliance with the principles of civil political competition, and the lack of democratic culture among social forces are effective factors in creating a movement atmosphere in society. Referendums, ordinary laws and emergency laws are all three legislative methods in Iran and France.Despite the general authority of the Islamic Consultative Assembly to legislate, the Assembly, like other powers, faces limitations rooted in factors (the principle of inherent limitation of parliamentary powers, the principle of constitutional supremacy, the principle of apparent limitation of the legislature, and formal constraints).Legislative restrictions in France, on the other hand, are in addition to formal restrictions imposed by the judiciary and the Constitutional Council. The legislature in the Iranian and French constitutions has set up an institution to oversee the law, which is called the "Guardian Council" in the Iranian constitution and the "Constitutional Council" in the French constitution. This issue has caused governments to choose specific orientations and strategies to maintain security and achieve their national goals and interests due to domestic needs, geographical and geopolitical conditions and also under the influence of the structure and function of the international system. Among these strategies is the strategy of alliance and coalition. A clear example of this is the NATO alliance. But other threats such as terrorism, extremist nationalism, drugs, environmental pollution and the proliferation of nuclear and chemical weapons, etc., with the question of whether NATO can play its role in developments. Important international to play well? Targeted costing begins with cost management in the early stages of product development and is engaged throughout the entire product lifecycle by actively engaging the entire value chain. Targeted costing decision-making involves cross-departmental teams comprised of different units (production, engineering, R&D, marketing, and accounting) and responsible for determining acceptable sales price, the rate of return corresponding to sales. It also covers the possible cost of each item produced. This management strategy seeks to reduce costs and seeks to achieve greater market share by lowering costs than competitors. Organizations are looking to increase efficiency. Implementing a strategy of maintaining stability and sustainability is a priority, and the company is not about innovation and risk-taking but about offering products and services at competitive prices. Of course, it does not diminish the quality of the products and gives a reasonable profit. In his famous article "A Discourse on Inequality", he claims that the first historical cause of inequality is private property. What is Rousseau's solution to get out of the crisis of inequality? The result of this research shows that Rousseau's assumption is in line with the criticism of the teachings of the Catholic Church, Locke, especially in the theoretical criticism of Hobbes in Leviathan. JCPOA and Resolution 2231 also failed to have a significant impact on resolving the destructive effects of sanctions on Iran's aviation industry. In this way, these sanctions have even affected the supply of parts and technical services required for aircraft. Sanctions directly target the purchase of aircraft that have more than 10% of American technology; Russian aircraft and all purchases. And such sales must be made directly with the permission of the US Treasury Department, otherwise the intermediary company will be subject to US secondary sanctions. Manuscript profile
