Determining the relationship between ethical leadership of managers and organizational vitality through spirituality at work

Abstract :
The main objective of this study was to determine the relationship between ethical leadership of managers and organizational vitality through spirituality at work from the perspective of middle school teachers in Momsani city. The present research method was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this study was 420 middle school teachers in Noorabad Momsani city in the academic year 1403-1404. Morgan table was used to determine the sample size and 205 people were considered as the statistical sample size. The sampling method was stratified random. To collect information, Brown et al.'s ethical leadership questionnaire (2005), Milliman et al.'s spirituality in the workplace questionnaire (2003), and Kruloff's organizational vitality questionnaire (2007) were used. To determine the validity of the questionnaires, the supervisor was asked about the questionnaires and their questions, and finally, the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed. To confirm the reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, which was 0.744 for organizational vitality, 0.791 for spirituality at work, and 0.715 for ethical leadership of managers, which indicated acceptable reliability for these questionnaires. Correlation, regression, and structural equations methods based on SPSS27 and PLS3 software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between ethical leadership of managers and organizational vitality through spirituality at work in teachers. There is a positive and significant relationship between ethical leadership of managers and its components with organizational vitality and spirituality at work of teachers. There is a positive and significant relationship between spirituality at work and its components with organizational vitality of teachers. Ethical leadership of managers has the ability to predict organizational vitality of teachers. Also, ethical leadership of managers has the ability to predict spirituality at work of teachers. Finally, it was determined that spirituality at work has the ability to predict organizational vitality of teachers.
