Designing a Pattern of Continuity in Sports Businesses

Abstract :
Today's world is very dynamic and highly variable, the art and science of business continuity must be in harmony with it. The purpose of this study is to design and explain the paradigm model of continuous development in sports businesses. The research method is strategic in terms of sequential and exploratory quality with an applied-developmental goal. The nineteenth theoretical saturation was obtained. The categories of central phenomena, causal conditions, contexts, intervenors, strategies and consequences were analyzed with qualitative analysis software (MAXQDA). The research instrument was researcher-made coding sheets whose validity was confirmed by the members of Delphi group and its reliability was calculated by Piecaste criterion of 0.96. Qualitative results in the form of 45 categories and 267 concept codes in the heart of the 6 dimensions of the paradigm model as causal causes (14 categories and 65 items), the main and central category of sports business continuity (3 categories and 10 items), strategies (4 categories) And (38 items), contextual conditions (7 categories and 39 items), intervening conditions (12 items and 84 items), and consequences (5 items and 31 items) were obtained. Prerequisites and Outcomes The development of a continuity model in the sports business can be useful and practical. Continuation in sports businesses in the country requires structural, strategic, managerial and professional reforms.
