The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of legal development and technology management on sustainable development in women's sports. The research method is descriptive-survey with correlation analysis approach. The statistical population included people aware of the subject of research in sports organizations in the country. The statistical population included managers and organizational experts (Ministry of Sports, etc.) and university professors and researchers (PhD in Sports Management). Statistical sample was estimated based on a sufficient number of smartpls software sampling method was sampled purposefully (174 people). The main research tool included a researcher-made questionnaire. The content validity of the instrument was evaluated by experts (n = 12), its reliability was evaluated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient and structural validity was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. Structural equation modeling method was used in Smart Pls software environment to analyze the data. Direct relationships of variables showed that legal development has a significant effect on technology management (0.398) and sustainable development (0.309). Technology management also has a significant effect (0.454) on sustainable development. According to the sub-test, the indirect effect of legal development on sustainable development through technology management is 0.42.Therefore, it can be said that the indirect effect of legal development on sustainable development (mediated by technology management) is less than its direct effect. Therefore, improving the legal environment can play a significant role in achieving a better level of sustainable development, and in case of double intervention through technology, the effect will be enhanced.
