The relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and social capital Employees (Case Study: Municipality of Tehran)

Abstract :
As the phenomenon of social capital management, thereby achieving mutual benefits that increases the value of intangible assets. The research method used survey method of scrolling techniques, and tools for data collection questionnaire. The study sample all municipal employees zones 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 in Tehran that 300 of them were selected as sample. This study sought to examine the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and social capital as the independent variable and the dependent variables. The results indicate that the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior with the total social capital (35/0) and the dimensions of the trust (43/0), honesty (35/0), competence (24/0), commitment ( 33/0) and cooperation (28/0) there is a direct and positive relationship. So all the research hypotheses are confirmed.
