Abstract: Social harms among high school students are the most important of education system issues in many countries of the world. This issue in addition to wasting a part of financial and spiritual facilities can have destructive effects on society and individuals and cause many social and economical problems. Therefore, we should consider a view to social in the high school students as a main social phenomenon. The main purpose of this research is a survey on the relationship between social harm and deviation with psychological variables (parents control, friendly relationships to peers, emotional relationship and deviation in the families) of the high school students of the first region of the ministry of education of Tehran. Sampling method is clustering one. The research method shows that relationship between parents control to social harms is a converted and meaningful relationship. Also there is a meaningful and converted relationship between social harms to the amount of relationships of the high school students to their own friends and peers and emotional relationships in family. According to the obtained data there is a direct and meaningful relationship between social harms in the high school students and the amount of family deviation. It means that the more family deviation the higher social harms in the high school students .
