Abstract :

Abstract Development is among the main issues of the transitory nations like Iran. In Iran, the development notion is followed under the five-year programs called “the development programs of the Islamic Republic of Iran”, thereby the full development and advancement of the nation is programmed for a coming five-year period. Naturally, if it is to be an enterprise for the national development it must be based on the programs. Accordingly, the expert exploration of the programs is of great importance. On the other hand, the phenomenon ‘globalization’ has made the Islamic Republic of Iran to consider the status for the development program formulation. The present study is to explore the attitudes toward the globalization in the 5th Development Program of the Islamic Republic of Iran through the content analysis.
