Abstract :
Abstract: The main objective of this study is to predict the organizational citizenship behavior based on emotional intelligence and organizational climate is the staff of Islamic Azad University Branch. The study population comprised all the employees of Islamic Azad University Branch. Their number was 621 people, among them 150 persons were selected as samples based on simple sampling. Instruments used in this study for the citizenship behavior questionnaire Morgan (1988), emotional intelligence questionnaire Schering Siberia (1996), and for organizational climate questionnaire Vastryjr Litwin (1986) was. The reliability of organizational behavior and organizational citizenship based on alpha 95/0 98/0 97/0 percent reported emotional intelligence.
