Abstract :

The process of decision-making and implementation of the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran is influenced by different and sometimes conflicting theories that can be analyzed from different perspectives. One of the most important perspectives that can help to understand the theoretical foundations and problems of Iran's foreign policy in a methodical and more specific way is the issue of "agent-structure" interaction, which has been discussed in detail in the literature of theories of international relations and foreign policy. In the field of Iranian foreign policy theories, two general approaches can be identified that tend to be agent-oriented and structure-oriented. International structural requirements are emphasized. While the theoretical discourse governing Iran's foreign policy in the 1360s was often agent-oriented, later the discourse tended to be more structural-oriented.

The present article is formed around this main question, which one explains the behavior of Iran in the nuclear agreement between Iran and the so-called great powers, by using Giddens's "construction" theory, among the two basic elements of the structure of the international system and the agents of J.A.Iran. Has it been to the JCPOA? It seems that among the two basic elements of the structure of the international system and brokerage, J.A.
