Nomad and operance of nomadism on the basis of rangeland and herdkeeping is inaccordance with geographical favor and Iransُ neiborhood with other nalions andnormal olans.Nomadism has always been given specific place in thoughts of social affairsauthorities concerning the economical, political, cultural and martial aspects. Thisprocess in the world of newtechnocrats in 3rd millennium that communities relations ingeograghical field is explained, been the reason giving essential priorities inspecificating regional, zoning, national and even global developmental capacities onthe basis os environmental geography.Therefore, reviewing role and effectiveness of nomads livelihood as a part of Iran ssocial system in the process of planning developmental levels emphasizing on castbenefitequation to endevour by macro policy making.If those reviews by academic researehs and finling would be analyzed, could makepossible.
