Abstract :
Local governments have been considered as one of the successful ways to solve city problems and problems more efficiently than their abilities to achieve the introduction to sustainable development. These organizations have been instrumental in protecting the government and society, both in terms of publicizing the local administration and in reducing the burden of central government responsibility. In this regard, the Islamic councils of cities as one of the key elements in the structure of urban management as a monitoring system on the performance of the municipality have an important role in decision making and decision making processes in cities, in this way, faces the challenges and challenges, In this research, using descriptive-analytical approach, using descriptive and survey resources (in the form of a questionnaire tool), we evaluate the decision-making and decision-making processes based on council and municipality relations. The statistical population of the study consisted of two groups (municipal staff and council members). Indicators were studied in different areas of management, legislation, financial resources and stakeholdersg.
