Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to design a model for establishing a customer relationship management system in Iranian sports clubs. This descriptive-analytical applied research is a part of combined research. The statistical population of this study consisted of 15 managers in the qualitative stage of the managers of sports clubs in the country's metropolises in a purposeful manner and in the quantitative part the coaches of sports clubs, of whom 357 were using the available sampling method as a statistical sample. were chosen. To analyze the data in the qualitative part, three stages of open, axial and selective coding using Max Kyoda software and GIS software, in a small part of the structural equation model using Smart PLS software were used. In the background conditions section of Tehran, Isfahan, Mashhad clubs, in the intervention conditions section of Tehran, Tabriz, Urmia, Mashhad and Shiraz dormitories, and in the causal conditions section of Isfahan, Mashhad, Tehran clubs, the conditions were more favorable than other clubs.
