Analytical Study of Habermas’s Ethical Principals and its Critics from Quranic View Point

Abstract :

Habermas – philosopher second generation of Frankfurt critical school – believes that modern wisdom is able to unwrap all of his aspects which is the only dominant tool on modern society. He tries to renovate modernity project by explaining relational actions which remains powerless. He attempts to offer a model and pattern of ethical education based on relational rationality which counts as his most important viewpoint. The present article which is done by descriptive – analytical approach, initially reviews Habermas’s relational action theory and then concludes ethical education viewpoint and finally criticizes it. The result of the research shows that Habermas’s emphasis on relational rationality makes the individuals mature and in social levels makes him to achieve understanding based on ethical actions as the main goals of educations.
