Abstract :

In spite of many philosophers who rarely remind historical sources and backgrounds, Shahāb ad-Dīn" Yahya ibn Habash Suhrawardī expresses his thoughts clearly and knows them as their extender. The goal of the present research is a review of Quranic and narrative roles and as the most important illuminated origins for Suhrawardī. Although Suhrawardī's philosophy is viewed as the confluence point of Iran and Greece's philosophy, mysticism and thought, Suhrawardī intended to strengthen his philosophy according to his knowledge of Quranic and narrative sources. This motivation comes true in various issues such as interpretation of Quran's Verses on philosophical topics like active wisdom and imagination, rationalization and immortality. Thus it can be claimed that the way reaching reality is sometimes wisdom and sometimes mystic detection and Divine Oracle above all. It's impossible to find contradiction what is known as right.
