Abstract :
Today, with the increasing importance of human resources, organizations try to take a step in the direction of increasing organizational commitment among personnel by examining important components such as psychological health. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between the components of organizational trust and organizational psychological health and organizational commitment. In this research, organizational trust questionnaire, organizational psychological health questionnaire and organizational commitment were used. This model was tested by analyzing survey responses collected from 222 managers and employees of Tejiran Industrial Company with SPSS23 and Smart PLS3 software. has taken. Research findings show that organizational trust has a positive and significant effect on organizational psychological health in Tejiran Industrial Company. In addition, organizational trust has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment in Tejiran Industrial Company.At the end, suggestions were made to improve the issues in this company based on the research findings.
