Investigating the impact of innovation, education and personality traits on students' entrepreneurship intention: a case study of Alborz educational complex

Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of innovation, education and personality traits on the entrepreneurial intention of students. This research is applied in terms of purpose and is in the category of descriptive-survey research. The statistical population of the research included the managers of the educational complex of Alborz province, which included 8 people. The data collection tool is a questionnaire that was used by the researcher. Content validity (CVR) was used to measure the validity of the questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha was used to test the validity of the questionnaire, and the value was 0.787. In this research, structural equation modeling using Lisrel software has been used to investigate the relationships between components. According to the obtained results, the relationship between entrepreneurship education and the need for achievement with an impact factor of 0.24, the relationship between understanding innovation and identifying entrepreneurial opportunities with an impact factor of 0.19; with the intention of entrepreneurship with an impact factor of 0.17; It was identified with the innovation support culture and political support with an effect coefficient of 0.20. Also, it can be claimed that in the Alborz educational complex, these indicators have not been paid attention to for the purpose of entrepreneurship; Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the educational complex by strengthening these indicators. Finally, due to the fact that the presented model performed well in statistical tests, its validity is also concluded.
