Abstract :
The research methodology was conducted in two qualitative-exploratory and quantitative-survey methods.In the exploration section with the semi-structured interview tool,the necessary information was gathered and the results were analyzed using the results analysis method.The statistical society consisted of managers and employees of the National Bank of Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad province who were selected in a qualitative section through a sample sampling method that we obtained after saturation of data after 10 interviews.In the sampling section, 100 employees and managers of the National Bank of Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahamad Province were selected and the questionnaire was distributed from the qualitative sectional findings.The results were analyzed using SPSS software. In the qualitative findings,the twenty internal agents at the National Bank were effective in gaining competitive advantage, namely:creating a distinction in services,lowering the price of services,attracting customers,connecting and building trust with the customer,attracting resources,providing appropriate advisory services Customers, ability to meet demands, marketing capability,national bank branding,powerful human resources, diversified banking services, electronic banking, multiple branches, service quality,staff management and oversight,proper information, appropriate and diverse facilities,flexibility in procedures and processes.Work, service speed,accountability and tracking.The ranking of the above mentioned factors showed that the most important internal factors affecting the acquisition of competitive advantage in the National Bank were the strong human resources, resource absorption capacity,management and supervision of employees, proper customer relationship and trust,and service quality
