Using principal component analysis and Varimax method, 9 factors It was found that 56.71% of the total variance explained the variables. Question 24 was removed from the questionnaire due to low factor load and ninth factor with only 2 questions (34 and 35) and the questionnaire of 37 questions was re-analyzed. In this analysis, 9 factors were obtained, which is 59.58% of the variance. Explains these factors are: 1- Truthfulness and honesty 2- Conscience and sense of responsibility 3- altruism 4- Explicit 5- Courage in accepting mistakes 6- Forgiveness of others 7- Care for others 8- Daring 9-Pragmatism.
