Abstract :
Abstract Special or exceptional children refer to children who need special education programs. The purpose of this study, the effects of storytelling on listening comprehension of elementary school children is exceptional. Method of quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test experimental to test and control groups. In a pilot study of 30 primary school students in the two schools were chosen for the impact of storytelling on listening comprehension and unequal control quasi-experimental method is selected. The statistical calculation, independent presuppositions of scores of people, normally distributed variables using Kolmograph - Smirnov )KS), linearity check using the linear relationship at (05/0> P) and observe the assumptions of homogeneity software spss21 and homogeneity of variance using regression slopes were studied The findings suggest that the story made it possible to provide these children with a character, topic or event in the story feel close and to improve their listening help comprehension.
