Abstract :
Objective: The purpose of the present research is to answer the question, does the atmosphere of knowledge-based metropolises lead to the establishment and development of entrepreneurship? Methodology: In this research, one of the multidimensional ones has been developed according to the elements of megacities and the active scope of each new business based on knowledge-based institutions, and in this regard, the indicators of the evaluation model were compiled in the indicators related to entrepreneurship in the urban space. For the entrepreneurial attitude at the national and regional level, it was taken from the member cities of the European Union. Therefore, the data of 70 different European metropolises have been collected and analyzed from related databases and Eurostat.
Results: The findings of this research have been analyzed using one-way methods.
Conclusion: Some of this research consists of designing new indicators to identify and understand the influencing factors on the development of entrepreneurship in knowledge-based cities; Compilation of the following sets of indicators of the relationship between the environmental characteristics of knowledge and entrepreneurship metropolises in order to identify the influencing factors on the development of entrepreneurship.
