Abstract :
The success of the organization for the sustainability of the environment depends on the environmental behavior of the employees. One of the important challenges of organizations is how to integrate environmental policies into human resources activities. The purpose of this study is to examine and prioritize the effective components of the environmental performance of human resources in the workplace in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey in terms of nature and method, which was conducted in a retrospective manner. The statistical population of all the human resources of the football federation and the statistical sample corresponding to the population is a total of 150 people. The research tool is a standard questionnaire with 38 questions on a five-point Likert scale. Amos structural equation modeling was used to design the model. Results It showed that the commitment of senior managers and green programs are more effective than other components in the performance of human resources in the workplace. Therefore, in the planning, senior managers can design more appropriate strategies and programs in line with the policy making and development of the environmental performance of their human resources based on the provided insight while having a better understanding of this category.
