Abstract :
Providing housing is one of the most basic issues of any country. This problem is a clear sign of economic and social realities and the imbalance between population growth and space growth. The expansion of the phenomenon of urbanization on the one hand and population growth on the other hand in the new economic era has caused the phenomenon of housing supply to be considered as one of the main problems of societies. This problem covers a wide range from the lack of housing and the need for cheap housing to the increasing demand for higher quality housing. For this reason, from the end of the 19th century onwards, one of the main axes of government intervention in the economy is the sector. It has been housing. In Iran, various construction and development programs have been carried out in order to reduce the housing problem.Housing or living space should be efficient in two ways. One of the material aspects, that is, creating an environment with access and suitable facilities, the right temperature, the right pressure, humidity, the right light, and the like, and the other in terms of responding to the spiritual needs of the people, that is, the creation of suitable spaces with the lifestyle and type in between. Time planning can lead to the acquisition of social culture and customs. Meanwhile, planning can improve residential satisfaction in providing housing for low-income groups. For this reason, the general purpose of the research is to investigate the factors affecting the provision of housing in the community of sacrificers from the perspective of housing sustainability indicators. In order to analyze the information, the fuzzy ANP method is used. The results show that the index of sustainable housing indicators (A3) is the closest to the positive ideal answer and the greatest distance from the negative ideal answer, and the first priority of the housing supply model of the self-sacrificing society from the perspective of housing sustainability indicators in terms of the desired criteria. It is a sacrifice for the resilience of the society's housing supply model from the point of view of housing sustainability indicators.
